Triangle Tyre earned 4th place in the 2021 (the 7th) China Net Promoter Score (C-NPS) released on January 20 and topped all Chinese auto tire brands as well as some notable tier one global brands.
China Net Promoter Score (C-NPS) is the first customer recommendation rating system in China implemented by the China’s leading brand rating and consultancy institution Chnbrand. The first C-NPS report was published in 2015, and it has been supported by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of PR China.
C-NPS is an important metric that measures brand reputation and customer loyalty. As an annual survey program, C-NPS continues to publish the latest survey results each year. The independent, scientific and real-time evaluation results are solely based on consumers, which is a meaningful indication of China’s consumption trends and provide valuable guidance for Chinese consumers to make wise brand selection.
The 2021 C-NPS survey covers 100 cities nationwide and respondents are permanent residents from 15 to 64 years old. A total of 2,925,000 samples were collected randomly based on gender, age and income. The survey (both online and offline) covered 206 industry segments and more than 10,400 mainstream brands.
Since C-NPS 2016 report was published, Triangle Tyre has been in the list for several times. This year, its ranking was up by two places compared with 2020, reflecting consumers’ recognition for Triangle Tyre’s product quality and brand image.
